My son has been doing karate for a year now and he has been doing great! He enjoys the lessons and tournaments. Master Prosch makes this place amazing to learn karate techniques, discipline, focus, patience and respect. Each lesson includes a good amount of cardio and provided with some type of valuable life lesson. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Our son has been attending Z Ultimate for more than a year. It’s a great environment. Sensei Hans and Sensei Gavin are both amazing instructors who genuinely care about the development and success of their students. They have a professional and patient way of teaching. Our son has gained a lot of confidence, knowledge, strength, and a sense of belonging in this dojo. If you have kids interested in martial arts, this is definitely the place to be!

Master Prosch’s studio has been an amazing experience for my kids! I often stay there and observe the kid’s interactions with Sensi. He is a true mentor with exceptional leadership skillsets and passion for bringing the best out of the kids. I highly recommend his studio to anyone considering Karate and or looking for a practice to assist their kid’s confidence and overall behaviors.
