DO NOT USE THIS DRY CLEANERS. They lost a very expensive dress and after many attempts over two months; still no response from management or ownership. I have called and stopped by attempting to get some help. Terrible customer experience and service.

Was told my dress would be ready by Thursday. (I needed it for Saturday).I come Saturday morning and it's not there. After 10 minutes, she realizes it's at the other store and it'll be ready Monday.No apology.When I pick up the following week, I let her know she shouldn't have told me it'll be ready Thursday. Her response "Well it was ready, but at the other store". I tell her they didn't tell me that I can pick it up from the other store. Her response is a shrug.No apology.They both seemed so confused why I was frustrated that I needed the dress by a certain date... I wouldn't recommend this store if you're on a timeline.

I've been using this branch of Windmill Cleaners since I moved to this area in June 2020. Laundry and occasional dry cleaning. And wash-n-fold, which they call fluff-n-fold. Everything is great. Good cleaning, good service, intelligent employees, good communication. Nothing has been damaged. Everything has come back clean and on time. The prices are 30% lower than what I had been paying in the county I moved here from. On two occasions I needed faster than normal service. The woman at the counter referred me to their processing plant on Melrose Avenue, and phoned ahead for me to make sure they were expecting me.
