This was my first time meeting Bonnie and she was wonderful. She was knowledgeable and friendly. Performed a thorough full body exam, gave me great advice for skin care and most of all did not make me feel bad for being in the sun all my life. She was down to earth and helpful. I’ll be back next year!
I like Dr. Riley, she's good at what she does and is very likable-- but the office staff are unfriendly, lazy, and unprofessional. No one ever answers the dang phone and the billing is all screwed up. She needs to clean house and hire a whole new staff.
I've been Dr. Riley's patient for the last year, both for skin exams and a cancer diagnosis. She was thorough, attentive and compassionate. She listened and was easy to talk to. The office has been stellar - friendly and efficient, and prescription requests were easy when I needed to change pharmacies. I'm a nurse, new to the area, and had been dreading finding a new dermatologist that met my selective criteria, but Dr. Riley and her staff have won me over. Don't believe the negative reviews, this place is golden.
