    Slow motion strength training. This method of training has proven to increase strength and stamina. Specifically for people in their 40's, 40's and beyond. The 20 minutes 2x per week is great for those of us with busy lives. The Perfect workout! The name says it all! I am thrilled to have found the his private gym. ‍

    Hey Carlsbad, just wanted to let you know that you guys are getting an awesome trainer in Jermelle. I've been with him in the RB store for about 3 mos now. He really helped me increase my strength, build stamina and lose some much needed weight! He challenged me without pushing if that makes sense. He is very knowledgeable as a trainer and knows what works. Thank you Jermelle and best wishes to you!

    I joined perfect workout in 2018 and after working out once a week for a year the difference was significant! I knew as I aged the key to optimum health would be my strength... And their program impacts all components of health: strength, core strength, balance, which all factor back into a better mental outlook so better nutrition choices and it becomes a full circle. The only thing I would change is the cost. I wish they offered some sort of gym access membership hours where a trainer is not required as part of the package. The cost is comparable to having a private trainer but a private trainer works out with you for a full hour. That being said I love the slow motion...read full review
