As a retired electrical contractor, purchasing a home in California and not living in the area, it was very comforting to have John inspect and provide guidance as respects the pool and spa. The original generic home inspection showed some deficiencies in the pool that were of concern to me. John inspected the pool and all associated equipment for 2 1/2 hrs. and then spent 1/2 an hour answering all my questions and concerns by phone. He described the issues that he found in great detail while providing solutions and a timetable in which they should be done. John did a wonderful job helping us inspect a pool while in escrow. I have very little knowledge about keeping a pool, and John took the time to explain a lot about the equipment and made multiple recommendations. Definitely put our minds at ease about the uncertainty of taking on a pool. Thank you!

John is by far the most thorough pool inspector in all of San Diego County. He inspects areas that you might not know even exist. He is very knowledgeable and professional.
