I feel so lucky to have been recommended Marnina! She is the exact embodiment of holistic health which is exactly what I needed. When you are dealing with gut health you become aware of every chemical you put on your skin. After trying other products that were taxing on my body I realized I needed to go back to holistic products so I wasn't adding an extra load on my body that was already working hard enough. Nikaya is an extremely talented sound healer. While great at every instrument she utilizes, she has a natural gift playing the crystal bowls especially. I also think it's great she's able to incorporate them with the other modalities she offers. I highly recommend working with her.

I have had 5 massages by Marnina in the past 2 months and they have been incredible. She takes her time to really understand my physical issues (I'm in my early 60s) and focuses on those areas. Her style/technique is remarkable and I always feel very relaxed when I leave. The first time I saw her she worked on my problematic shoulder and I was able to get a good night's sleep for the first time in several days. I highly recommend her as a masseuse. She is a wonderful person too which makes the whole experience even better. I really can't say enough positive things about her.
