I had the team from Scout Softwash to my home today to clean the alumiwood patio cover, my garden walls, brick patio, sidewalks, driveway and windows. There are not enough words to tell you how amazing, polite, professional, and competent the team was, and my home is now sparkling like a gem! We are so happy we found Scout SoftWash and their amazing team! Our 7 unit triplex / duplex building had never been washed… As we have been doing improvements and upgrades to the building, we discovered the importance of a thorough building cleaning which not only removed dirt and grime, but mold spores that had obviously been present for a long time. They cleaned every nook and cranny of our building, from the outside, to the walkways, the driveways and even the dumpster enclosure. The process was seamless with the utmost professionalism.

My insurance company wants me to get rid of the moss on my roof or they will add a surcharge to my premium. Karl came out to look at my house and explained thoroughly what needs to be done and how they will do it, as well as what I can expect during and after the work. He showed up with his son the day before the work to drone video the roof to pin point the problem areas. The next day the staff came and did an amusing job cleaning the roof, solar panels, windows and the back patio. They are pleasant to work with, being careful to cover my plants and moving my patio furniture out of the way and putting them back after the work is done.
