Bad experience and a complete waste of our time. We saw the good reviews on Mike and his company and asked him out for an estimate. The only word I can use to describe Mike's demeanor was arrogant. He walked around the house as I told him what needed to be done. He didn't offer ideas or even seem very interested. Aside from the main job, I asked him to measure some windows in a small office, and he said he didn't need to. He could measure them by looking at them . He also told me that replacement windows for this small room would start at $35,000. I've had several bids on those windows, and that's about three times the highest bid I received.... read full review
