Got a coat dry cleaned along with some minor repairs (fixing a loose button in the front, and a hole in the pocket). Packed it for a trip and didn't realize until I was abroad that somewhere in the process they managed to rip off one of the buttons connecting the decorative cuff to the coat, as well as two of the button loops. Clearly they noticed it since they rebuttoned it skipping the damaged ones to make it look like it was fine at a glance.The repairs I paid for and dry cleaning were fine, but wasn't thrilled to end up getting the coat back in worse condition than i dropped it off in.

Just left the cleaners. Won't be heading back anytime soon. Picked up two alterations for my daughter that were grossly overpriced that she was unaware of. Additionally the lady working the register was not friendly at all. Too many other places like this to do my business

They've been my dry cleaner since they opened and I've never had a problem once! Their seamstress is excellent and ive trusted them with my finest garments. As far as prices, you get what you pay for. I wouldn't trust my clothes with anyone else. Highly recommend.
