Dr. Tyler Holt grew up in Northern California near the smallest mountain range in the world. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Cal Poly while also competing on their NCAA Div 1 Wrestling Team. He attended Life Chiropractic College West where he graduated Summa Cum Laude while attaining his Doctorate of Chiropractic. This was also where he met his wonderful wife. Dr. Holt believes in a whole body approach to Health. He was raised with the motto, “an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.” Chiropractic care along with exercise and good nutrition are all essential to wellness. Being a former collegiate athlete, he enjoys working with athletes of all sports and activities.
