My wife and I have never been through a refinance.Rik made the process simple and explained everything to us so it was easy for us to understand.Rik is very quick to respond to any question we had.He was in constant communication with us to let us know the status of the refinance.I would definitely recommend Rik to any friends or family looking to refinance or is in the market to purchase a home.
