Dr Kate is awesome! Shes helping the kiddo get back to baseball during his IL for knee issues. Shes taught him some great techniques to do at home and he's feeling better after just two sessions!
I feel very fortunate to have been set up with Dr. Jon Luu at Nakoa Physical Therapy after a freak knee injury derailed my triathalon training just months out from the start line of my first 70.3. At every appointment, Dr. Luu took the time to answer all the questions l had, explain the care I was receiving, and listen to my goals/what training I was taking on for the week. He not only stabilized my knee but helped me minimize flare ups and navigate ongoing niggles throughout my training as the race got closer.
