I feel like I’ve tried it all—chiropractic care, massage, cortisone injections, physical therapy, etc. While some treatments provided temporary relief, none have given me long-term hope. I’m now six days post-PRP injection into my lumbar, and while there’s still some soreness at the injection site, my daily pain level has dropped to a 1 or 2. Key to their success are their amazing office staff -'always friendly and great with follow up. This is huge - I will email NP Romero and same day get a call from office staff with instructions. Referrals are sent quickly, meds are ordered right after my visit. On top of that, I got a quick return call from Dr Wilkey on a Sunday when I mistook a medication I was unfamiliar with and he called to reassure me I was going to be okay. What a great team!“
