The crew that performed the job, Kane and Chance, were very professional and did a great job. They kept me informed of the progress at every step of the way and were extremely careful not to damage anything. They also thoroughly cleaned my windows afterwards. Afterwards, the company had a drone taking pictures of the roof after the cleaning and submitted all the required info to the insurance company on my behalf. Some days later the insurance was re-instated albeit with a 58% (!) increase in the rate. Overall, I was very satisfied with the service provided by Scoutsoftwash and I highly recommend them.“
