For 4 years I have tried just about everything for plantar fascitis, next step was surgery. Thanks to Forward Arch I can now walk without a painful step or limp after less then a month, I could tell a difference the very next morning!! I started off tell Daniel I was not buying another insert because I just spent 600.00 on orthotics this year. Thank god I stopped at his booth because as soon as he held the insert to my bare foot I looked at my daughter and said "I'm buying them!" I can't believe these are not in every shoe store, every doctor office! It has changed my life, Thank you
