So I was originally going to give them 5 stars, because when I was going I had great experiences with their coaches.
Their coaches are very helpful and encouraging especially Lindsey, Jess, and Jacob.
The workouts a fun and challenging and you always know you got a good workout.
However, when I went to cancel my membership because I moved away and could no longer attend. They continued to charge me for a month afterwards, but once I reached out they refunded me half. I recommended really reading the fine print before signing up. Otherwise it’s a good gym that could use some updates on equipment but it gets the job done.
F45 has changed my life! The trainers are so helpful in spite of some of my limitations. One of the Best things I’ve ever done! Our gym has people ranging from 75 years old and down. It’s tremendous.
As a 71 year old woman trying out F45 for the first time, I was very impressed by the warmth and consideration of the coaches, Michelle and Jess. I needed modifications with the exercises but I was able to complete the class successfully! F45 really is for everybody! The team spirit from everyone definitely made me want to try more classes!
