I went in to see Susan Ward today for a partial highlight and haircut. I knew what I liked and had one picture for her to reference but other than that I struggled a bit to explain my vision. She was very patient, kind and took the time to understand what I wanted. She was spot on, and I left her feeling overwhelmed with happiness. She did a beautiful job on my highlights and my cut is incredible. She gave my hair new life! Even my 10 year old daughter told me “wow mom, that looks so good” when I got home. Thank you Susan! It’s so evident you truly care about your clients and you are also very talented. I’m so happy I found you!

Susan is the best hair stylist I’ve ever had! Even when I don’t fully know what I want, I’m able to give her general ideas and then she knows exactly what to do for my hair type and face structure. I always leave her chair feeling amazing! She’s my go to girl
