Absolutely amazing woman. She knew exactly how to help me reach my goals and instruct me how to properly engage my muscles during each workout. So stoked to be on this journey with her!!!! And to top all of this off she is a neurodivergent friendly trainer! So if you are ND she is your gal! 10/10 would recommend Oh and if you're not in north county SD she has options for zoom or meeting at her wonderful facility in Carlsbad.
Christine is an awesome trainer! She's full and energy and always smiling! She's very personable and work with each individual's goals! Highly recommends her if you are looking for a fitness trainer!!!
