Caylon's intuitive nature and vast interest in the inner-connectedness of being hole as a human has helped me to find remarkable connections between mind and body. I've long experienced chronic pain in my knees and with Caylon's guidance have found new ways to realign and bring balance back into my life improving my every day performance.
