Cantor’s came highly recommended to us by multiple friends and neighbors. We had an excellent experience with David Jacobsen as our instructor. David did a great job of connecting with our teenage son. After. The first lesson, my son requested that all his lessons be with David. My son said that Dave was able to calmly explain things in a way that made sense. I think that’s about the highest compliment one can get from a teenager. Thanks to Dave I feel confident about having a teenage driver in the family.
I recently moved to the USA (San Diego) from a country where I did have a drivers license, but drove on the other side of the road. My license was not transferrable so I needed to do a behind the wheel test to get a US driver’s licence. I was little intimidated, so I decided to seek out some lessons from a driving instructor. David immediately put me at ease from the get-go, coached me on the road laws of the USA, ones that were specific to California, and gave some great tips and advice for defensive driving in an area where drivers are known for being a bit reckless. Took three lesson with David Jacobson and felt very confident at the end of each of these lesson. He was a great instructor, very kind and took time to answer any and all questions I had.
