A Total Design Disaster! I recently enlisted ASR for interior design services, and unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. When it came to the actual design, I had high expectations based on the designer's portfolio. However, the final result fell short of my vision. The selections didn't resonate with the aesthetic I had in mind even after multiple discussions on preferences and merchants to avoid, and the overall layout lacked cohesion. It seemed like my project was not a priority. Additionally, there were issues with attention to detail. Some elements were overlooked, and the final presentation felt rushed and incomplete. I expected a polished and well-thought-out design, but it seemed as if corners were cut. I had hoped for a more collaborative and attentive approach. It's like they were blindfolded while putting things together, it's like they didn't even try. Save yourself the headache and money - avoid ASR. I wasted money, time and effort. I can't believe someone feels that this payment was rightfully earned. As the saying goes one ill turn deserves another. Awful design service - 0/10, would never recommend!

Ariel was amazing! The process began with a 15 minute consolation, discussing what your style is and what you want to change about your living space. My boyfriend and I had recently moved in together so, I needed a lot of help organizing and learning how to decorate. We then arranged a time for Ariel to visit the apartment. The two-hour walk through began by me showing her the areas of my living space that I wanted to focus on, and she would take notes to later prepare them into an email. She even took measurements which definitely helps out when purchasing the products online! After our meet, I received the email with all the measurements, fun facts we discussed and each product she suggested!
