I threw out my back and got to the point I couldn't even walk, it was the worst pain I've ever had. It took me several weeks to get back to fully moving again but during that time I was able to calm the pain with the Tower 4 Relief spray and a mix of hot cold pack treatment. The spray penetrated deep into the areas I had pain. I felt the relief much longer and deeper than your run of the mill tiger balm or pain ointment. I now use this on any pain or bruise I get.
