My experience with cyrofacials has been so amazing! My skin has improved in so many ways. My pores have tightened and the texture of my skin is smoother. When I do wear makeup, it is easier to apply because of the smoother texture. My skin is also firmer and the redness has calmed down. This is basically an alternative for those who want to avoid botox injections. Botox doesn’t improve skin texture or reduce redness like cyrofacials do. Rubi is such a calm and sweet person, so the whole experience is very relaxing. I highly recommend heavenly beauty spas!

The ladies at Tara Tailor Shop did a fantastic job altering my wedding dress! I wanted some fluff taken out, needed some areas brought in, and a bustle added. They were timely with the alterations and everything looked great! They were easy to work with and made sure we knew how my bustle worked since I got a slightly different bustle than usual. I wanted to do something different and I ended up deciding on curly bangs. I was nervous but he talked me through the process and how to style them. I’ve been seeing Nando for the past 4 years and he’s perfected blonde highlights/balayage. I recommend the salon to everyone I know and now my mom, grandma, and friends in town go to Nando. My partner also goes to Charles for his men’s cut and couldn’t be happier. Their booking system is easy to use and there’s plenty of parking as the salon is right at the Poinsettia train station. I have been getting my haircut here for over two years. Trish the owner is very welcoming, and also is always playing great music, you feel like you are at the beach in her shop. One of her barbers Alex has been cutting my hair 2 years. Before using them, I only ever used supercuts or the typical large franchise. Alex is the best barber I have ever encountered, generally knows what I need before I even let him know . If you are looking for good people this the right spot. Give Alex a shot, he is truly an awesome barber. I will never use another barber.

Great manicure; lowering to 4 stars because I had a 5pm reservation and didn't get in until almost 5:30. I had Tina for a regular gel manicure (not extension). She did a great job not over-filing my nails and the gel was very even. The appointment took about 25 mins in total.

I have never been told no, regardless of how complicated the design is! The girls are all respectful and sweet I have NEVER had a difficult moment with any staff member.
I think those who are rating 1 star reviews shouldn’t get their nails done, because it’s always about the money for those people. If they can’t afford it, don’t get it done!

If you are looking for a great hairdresser I recommend Susan. I have been to about 8 different hairdressers and they have been okay, but and the cost just keeps going up. Susan was the best find ever recommended by a friend. I went to Susan and told her what I was after and she exceeded my expectation. I let her guide me on what would suite me and needless to say I was not disappointed with my color and cut. She will now be my hairdresser permanently. I got her to cut my daughter’s hair and she loved what Susan did. If you are tired of not getting what you want, go see Susan she will not disappoint you.

I’ve been to so many other lash tects, but by far Catt is the best. She actually explains aftercare and how to make your lashes last unlike my other lash tects did. My retention after 3 weeks is crazy looks like a full set still. Before my lashes would barely last a week. Thank you so much Catt for all your awesome work and advice!
I haven’t gotten my lashes done in years and was a little worried about the upkeep and what my lashes could be like AFTER I decided to take a break from the extensions. I went to Alex for 8 months straight and had complete trust in her. I absolutely loved her attentiveness, professionalism and her kindness. She’s the sweetest!!! I tell everyone who asked (even those who don’t?) to go see her! I recently stopped doing extensions for now and my lashes are amazingly sooo healthy just like Alex promised they would be on day one! I only had ONE lash gap because of ME pulling the lash MYSELF (do NOT do it- no matter how bad you want to? leave it to the professionals!) She also has an eyelash washing formula she made herself that I purchased and used religiously. This girl knows her stuff and loves what she does, and it shows!! 10/5 stars! Lissy is a talented eye lash artist. She creates the most beautiful eye lashes that look and feel super natural. She also has the best personality. She's sweet, caring, and has a great sense of humor. Cheryl was incredible!! She did my bridal makeup along with 7 other bridal party makeup on the wedding day. She was easy to work with, made me feel comfortable, and not only listened to what I wanted but executed it perfectly!! I’m not one to wear a ton of makeup so I was nervous having someone else do it and still love how I looked. During the trial she built up the look so I got to see it in different stages and I got to see how I felt after wearing it the rest of the day. I decided to make some changes from the final trial look for the wedding day and she was able to execute it exactly how I wanted it day of. I loved how it turned out and it lasted the whole night too!! Cheryl was a pleasure to work with and have there on my special day! I would highly recommend booking her for your bridal makeup!

Here's the lowdown:The Appointment: Jasmine was super chill, explained everything clearly, and gave me perfect advice. The injections themselves? Tiny pinches, way less dramatic than I expected. Big props to Jasmine for keeping it quick and painless.The After: Minor redness for a few hours, but nothing a little concealer couldn't handle. The best part? Within a week, those forehead lines were noticeably softer. I can still raise my eyebrows (looking at you, skepticism!), but the whole "resting grouch face" thing is gone.The Verdict: Totally worth it. Feeling more confident, and honestly, it's a nice little refresh. Here's the kicker: it's not about looking 20 again, it's about looking like the best version of yourself. No shame in that guys
I purchased a LivingSocial coupon to Skin Care Heaven as soon as I moved to San Diego, not knowing that Carlsbad is not quite as close as it seemed. Thus, my lazy self did not want to drive all the way up there, and the coupon expired. However, they were kind enough to still accept it two weeks after the expiration. So I hauled my self up to Carlsbad and got a facial/massage. This was my first facial, and I think it was great. I forgot the names of the ladies who did my facial/massage, but they were both very nice - not pushy at all for upsells, and accommodating to my needs. I'm a bit ticklish, so the masseuse worked around that. It was relaxing and I felt happy afterwards. I probably won't get another facial because my face felt weird afterwards but I think that's because my skin is sensitive. My only qualm with Skin Care Heaven is that it was difficult getting an appointment in because they're pretty busy, but it was a great experience!
I noticed that my last review was 7 years ago! Since then Waxology has moved to a new address, but still off of Carlsbad Village. Their new location is still cute and perfect. Cara will always be my go to gal! She takes excellent care of me. I usually do an eyebrow and lip wax combo, and Brazilian during my visits. My brow growth and shape has been perfect over the years because of her guidance. She always makes me comfortable and I enjoy catching up with her during each visit.

Destinie was wonderful! I booked an appointment with her after a friend recommended her. She texted me right away to try to figure out my skin. I went to her to get a few facials prior to me wedding and she was meticulous and was able to provide recommendations on my skin type. I also didn't own an exfoliate at the time and she gave me some samples to take home. On the final facial before my wedding, I told her I was going to get my eyebrows waxed in a day or so and she said it would be better to do it before my facial. She added on the waxing and shaping to my service and was so particular and a perfectionist, which is what I appreciated days before my wedding. Would definitely recommend to any of my friends.

My wife and I live locally and decided to take a day trip using the spa day pass, and I can’t speak highly enough about it. The staff are all extremely welcoming. We were met by Jo-Ann who was incredibly nice,and gave us the tour. My masseuse Sue is extremely talented at her job, and even gave me tips on how to keep my back in better shape. My wife loved her masseuse Elizabeth, afterward we spent the day at the pool which was beautiful and relaxing. I recommend the ceviche. We live locally, but this really felt like a little getaway and recharged us. We will be back soon.
I have been seeing Ashley for awhile now and she is amazing!! I am having some issues with my muscle and nerves. She always takes time to ask me how I am feeling before every session. She checks in with me with what has been going on with my PT and anything to report from my doctors. She is my life saver. I live in pain on a daily basis and after our 90min session together, I have some relief in my muscles for a couple of days. As someone who is in pain all the time, it helps to feel somewhat normal for those 2 days.
Isabelle was GREAT! Last week she did the on my entire face. Throughout the process, my skin was very sensitive to the process because I've never been one to do a lot to it (no Botox, fillers, peels, etc.) - virgin skin. Thankfully, Isabelle was kind, patient friendly and fun, distracting me throughout the process. She knew exactly what she was doing (she's a former nurse) to get the job done; she even checked in on me after to see how I was healing. Now, I've gone from looking like a worn-down, 55-year-old to a fresh new face. It feels so good to look at my young face in the mirror! Thank you Isabelle!!!

Outstanding, therapeutic deep tissue massage that helped my muscles and tight areas tremendously. I'd foam rolled, stretched and massage gun'd all my spots and was still painfully tight. I think her name is Hinley (?), and she was exceptional and I'm picky. Price, value, therapeutic benefit were all 5+ stars. I love the soothing nature of this spa. A true gem.

Ashley has built a fantastic business in a great area of Carlsbad/Oceanside with easily accessible public parking just down the sidewalk, great staff, pretty decor and the best part: the soft reclining chairs. I get lash lifts (with tint) and brow waxes with Ashley, and she knocks it out of the park each and every time. The services provided are at very reasonable costs and the qualit of the work is exceptional. The professionalism, care, talent and work ethic are apparent as soon as you walk in the door.

You can't go wrong with DFL plumbing as they are honest people, which apparently these days is a rare find. Instead of them making holes and breaking concrete guessing or trying to sell me a costly new pipe system he suggested CPL to find the exact leak location. Rubin was able to repair the leak. I have used this company many times. They treat women with respect and kindness. They dont try to over sell and rip you off. I would use them again and again. My family and friends use them as well and we have never had any issues. I waited until they could fit me in why? because I trust them. Thank you for your honesty and outstanding work.

Service Rite put in a Ring Doorbell and higher-voltage doorbell transformer for us. They were the only electrician service I called (out of 13) that could provide a valid contractor's license, proof of liability and worker's comp insurance, had any openings for the next 2 months, and weren't surly and condescending. Armando was lovely and fast, and even helped us choose between 2 doorbell mounts we had as options. Highly recommended!
I had some initial issues with the espresso machine and reached out to Rowan Electrical Appliances. They communicated and understood my issue, provided guidance, and ultimately replaced the machine at no cost to me. Since then, they have continued to reach out via text to see if everything is working well and if I have any questions. Excellent service with an amazing and helpful locksmith. This gentleman provided great service and was helpful in repairing our locks that were broken. We just purchased a new home and really wanted the locks changed out everywhere to make sure that previous owners could not get in. I had my carpet cleaned by Silver Olas for the second time and they again did a great job! We had multiple guests over the summer and more dirt than we thought on our carpet. Not only does it look brand new but also feels it too! The two cleaners were quick and efficient. They were careful with corners and not leaving wet spots. I highly recommend!

Luis and Aaron were prompt, courteous, efficient, and respectful of both me and my furnishings. I have a 2600 sq ft home with both carpeting and ceramic tile. A few animal “accidents” made an additional pretreatment necessary. I also took advantage of a discounted grout sealant (I would have added that initially, but it wasn’t offered to me). That made the total about 50% more than the original estimate, so be prepared for the upsell. There was one area that had been bleached by previous cleaning products and they were unable to change that, but overall I’m quite pleased as the remainder of the stains are gone and everything looks and smells great! It was a pleasant experience and I would use ZeroRez again.

Dr. Fallah is the Best Dentist that our family has ever been too. He has so much Knowledge and Patience. His staff is so nice which is an added bonus. Dr. Fallah is 3 hours away from us since our move, but we feel it is 3 hours worth the drive. I had an especially bad issue with one particular tooth and after four dentists here we decided to take the drive to Dr. Fallah. With his up to date equipment he was able to find exactly what the problem was in addition to problems I didn't even know I had. He is extremely smart. I highly recommend him if you are looking for a Dentist.
We have been to other dentists before and this is the BEST one I have taken our kids to. Even after moving, we make the drive down because they are that good. They are gentle and the kids love coming here because of the fun environment. Dr. Tsai is also very responsive and always follows up after appointments to see how they are doing. 7+ years coming here and the kids look forward to dentist days.

Dr Szajowitz (shy•a•vich) is just fabulous. He properly diagnosed me with compressed/degenerative discs in my neck, cervical area. An MRI confirmed his diagnosis. He has helped increase the functioning of my nerves in the arm and hand. I can't recommend him enough. If you are in pain, his sense of humor is also wonderfully distracting!

My daughter is a professional jiu-jitsu fighter. One Saturday she landed on her head during a tournament. She couldn't walk and she was screaming in pain. Dr. Dahl gladly saw her immediately even though she wasn't an existing patient. He was able to realign her back and she walked out the door good as new. The entire office was super caring and made us feel like family. I learned while I was there that he offers free chiropractic for kids on Saturdays! He does what he does out of love. He's not the doctor who will rush you through. When you walk in the office everyone knows your name, just like Norm. It's great!

Dr Brent saved me. I I had thrown my back out on a long road trip and went to a chiropractor in rural Nebraska. And that did not help. Then I came back to the people I used to go to in Carlsbad and was offered a $4300 service contract, the service I got there was no good either so no contract and no help. Enter Dr. Brent, beautiful facility close to my house and a guy that you can really talk to. One hour later I felt like myself I heard the crack. I heard the adjustment and I could walk. He also has all kinds of fun toys for every kind of ailment! He's easy to talk to so I would highly recommend if you have any issues that are chiropractic in nature book an appointment. Dr. Paul Peters has been my chiropractor for 8 years and there is nobody better in my opinion. Every adjustment is tailored to exactly how or what I’m feeling, and he will always check that we covered everything at the end of the appointment. In addition to adjustments, he changed my life by fitting me for custom foot orthotics. I can do all activities again without any limitations.

I took my boxer to see Dr. Hall for a checkup. Everyone there was very kind and knowledgeable and very gentle with my dog. She took her time examining my dog. Not one the the practices that puts you on a time schedule then says you're done. Dr. Hall is one of the nicest vets in the area. I would recommend her office to everyone.

We are new to the area and found Dr. Fife here at this office. The staff and Doctor are amazing. They have been very professional and caring. Dr. Fife was prompt in helping take care of our poodles-one which had to have emergency care. She is very knowledgeable and we are impressed with the great care she has given our 4 legged family members. The techs have been amazing each visit. The office is clean and in a great location. We signed up to use their petly plans and are happy with that service as well. Highly recommend if you have puppies!

Especially appreciate their increased safety standards for anesthesia, and Dr. Ecker's advanced surgical experience. Thankfully I have Trupanion pet insurance so when stuff like this surgery comes up I'm covered.
I cannot begin to thank the Canyon Creek Animal Hospital Staff and Dr. Hall enough for how they helped our pup and our family in a very very stressful time. After just 3 weeks of having our dog he managed to swallow a very large rock, began throwing up, and was very lethargic. We brought him in to see Dr. Hall who examined him, advised us of all our options, and helped us make a well informed decision in a very scary time. Dr. Hall prioritized the health of our dog, re-arranged her schedule, and rushed our pup into surgery so that we could have the best possible outcome. And with all of that she still gave us a detailed breakdown of cost and helped to make it as affordable as possible. If you're looking for a great vet who cares about the animals and their owners this is the place to go!

I had some body pain and she went above and beyond to help me get it sorted. She did research, modified our workouts, and gave me practical homework. I’m no longer in pain and when it flares up momentarily I use it as a reminder to do the moves Denise taught me. My goals were strength, stability, overall health. I believe I am in the best shape of my life because of my work with Denise. I have worked with several trainers and have never gotten this level of knowledgable support. I cannot recommend this studio enough!! If you’re looking to get out of pain, get in shape, move your body in a mindful way this is the place!!

Jackie was amazing. I am from Texas visiting family and was running on some hills that I'm not used to. Jackie helped with the pain in my legs, back, and chronic shoulder pain and I feel much better now. I've had many massages from many therapists over the last 20 or so years and Jackie knows what she is doing. I'll definitely see her again when I am back in town.
I got in with Britt the same week I messaged her, after finding her through great reviews. It was truly the best massage I've gotten. I've been having some lower back pain and she knew exactly where to work and used just the right amount of pressure. And being able to lay on my stomach was a huge plus! Impossible to explain what an amazing experience this was. It wasn't easy to get my first deep tissue myofascial massage work done at 67. But that was what I asked for, and what the surgeon and I agreed needed to be done! The bodywork was intense but it was WELL WORTH the result. I was exhausted for two days (but strangely not bruised or tender) from all the toxin release. Cari is simply amazing! She tunes in to what is going on and pays attention to what is going on for you. I was looking for a massage therapist who not only knows what they are doing but someone who can intuit or read the body outside of just a regular massage. Cari does all of that. I am so grateful to Cari for helping me through some rough physical and emotional times. She went after the stagnation and unwound the tension using her massage techniques and cupping, so now my body is straight and I am in much less pain to no pain daily. She knows the body and listens to what you have to say, which really makes a difference. I always leave feeling so much better. I think that bodywork is one of the most important things that we can do to maintain a healthy body and I am pretty particular about who I want to have "lay" their hands on me. Cari is one of the best massage therapists I have experienced. I will definitely be making more appointments.
I've had several experiences with PT and this is the first time it is has actually benefitted me. I had back surgery in January, and hip replacement in May, plus progressive knee pain, so I was a mess and a total wreck when I first started. The good news is today I feel better than I have in many years. Kristen Lopez is a wonderful trainer. She is thoughtful, caring, innovative, knowledgable, and has miraculously made my body work better. I highly recommend her and the team at Longevity.

Sciatica Pain: I’m dealing with sciatica pinched nerve and a bulging disc. My 1st session with Dr. Yvonne, she used cupping and needless. I felt the cups moving over the bulging discs area and the next day I couldn’t feel the bulging discs anymore. 3 days after session the inflammation had disappeared so I could finally sit and lay down in bed. The pain has gone down from a 9 to a 3. Thank you Dr. Yvonne

My 1st acupuncture treatment through work comp for my work injury was back in 2001. It was suggested by my chiropractor to promote a more therapeutic healing along with Chiropractic. I had spinal stenosis from my injury that created so much swelling., & sciatica became part of the pain as well. Dr. Peter Beauclair had 30+ years, having studied in Tibet by a fabulous mentor. He then moved to Big Island Hawaii&had his own practice. How he came to live in Escondido, I don't know, but he commuted to Orange to treat patients at Dr. Thatcher's office. That is how I was so fortunate to become Peter's patient. After I became more pain-free, I was able to continue driving for OCTA; a profession I truly enjoyed, driving public transportation. (27 years to date) Unfortunately, Peter and his family moved up to Quebec & and I lost my acupuncturist. But I am so thrilled to have become Dr.Kim's patient. I have had great results from her sessions and are longer lasting.The reason I shared my history, is I believe acupuncture should be considered for anyone with problematic areas. I would've suffered longer if I had not been fortunate to have found Dr. Kim. I'm looking forward to my next visit, as I am way overdue dealing with work comp approval.

Christina is amazing! I have been seeing her for headaches and TMJ for over a year and she is now treating me for pregnancy symptoms and I cannot believe how effective it has been. She has completely gotten rid of my morning sickness and has absolutely saved me in my first trimester. She is extremely professional but also very warm and friendly. Great Service. Super nice lady answers the phones. Super sweet man does the driver training. They have a nice PRIUS that the students drive. I did research on pricing and they are comparable to others.... I also got referrals from a couple of families about them. I chose this one because I like to "Support Local" (Carlsbad companies).
Let me just say, Marc is such a Great Instructor that we followed him to TRTS for my sons training. He previously trained my daughter at another company a few years ago and we did not want to trust anyone else to teach him. For Parents, the idea of your child driving on their own is very scary, but Marc has given both my kids the confidence needed to drive and the confidence we needed to trust them behind the wheel. Don't trust your child's safety to just any instructor or cheap school, make sure you choose the right one & this is it!!
The training at West Coast Driving School is top notch! Very organized and reliable. Great communication between the instructor and students too! Regina was a wonderful teacher and my daughter passed her test in the pouring rain at the Oceanside DMV on her first try!
