“I can't recommend Superior Fence. Sadly, our experience with them has been far less than superior. Actually far less than marginal. We trusted the reputation of the brand. HUGE mistake on our part. Apparently in Knoxville TN there was an ownership change and somehow we ended up with the short end of the stick. No longer will I trust franchises for home improvement projects. Buyers Please Beware! What a mess‍“

“Sure they are busy, but I was very happy with John who came by a couple of times to measure and was very professional. Nehal though - our installer - was fantastic! There was a mix up with our order - 4 ft fence instead of 5 ft fence was being installed. We realized it and he went back to the shop and stayed late to get it corrected. Checked with me on various spec items as he went and provided some good insight as to where to place gates. Overall he was professional and courteous which seems to be a rarity these days. Thank you to both John and Nehal for the experience!“
