Great place to work. I’ve worked here since December of last year and I had no experience as a caregiver. I had worked with seniors before doing activities at different nursing homes. Working with The Key they have helped me get the experience needed to realize I’d like to become a nurse one day. I have gained plenty of experience in different cases with different clients and levels of care.
