I am updating my review. The workers looked like they did a thorough job. They removed the layers and repaired underneath. The balcony flooring has several layers. The replaced stucko nearly matches the old stuko. The flooring looks even. I dont notice any standing water. I am giving them a 4 still. It was difficult for me to work with Josh. Always felt like he was impatient with me. He would take phone calls when at my home. He seemed distracted. Because they had the best out of 3 bids I went with them.

They did a very nice job, albeit it was quite expensive. The company was a bit overwhelmed when our job came around, and they sent only one person to do a two-person job. He was very kind and did a good job, but we felt he was being over-worked, and the job took much longer to finish.

OUTSTANDING ! Don't go anywhere else for your decking needs. Josh and his team did an outstanding job on our deck. Very knowledgeable, professional and a very fair price. Plus they are always on time and always there if you have questions. Our deck looks amazing and it is so beautiful. Thank you all so very much for all you did. Carol W.
