This is the second time I have used Plan B Spa Movers. They did a great job two times in a row, and I highly recommend their service. They're prompt, professional and detail-oriented. In my most recent move, I had to hire a crane operator. Together, the job was flawless. They made it seem like a piece of cake!

Just want to say thank you to Michael, Tyler and the other young man who did a great job with our spa move here in Riverside. It was a challenge and they problem solved all the way. I would definitely recommend them.

I initially tried to contact the business via yelp on a Saturday and they replied with were closed call us on Monday. As a business owner I know that yelp makes your rating go down when you don't reply so I wasn't thinking too much into it. But everytime I called them it went to voice-mail. I would leave a voice-mail and no reply. One day a week later I decided to try again. I got someone and they said they were just leaving home depot and asked if they could call back. I even have a little info saying I had used them before so they could look up previous specs of my spa to make it easier. No call back. After a week I took my business elsewhere.
