“I cannot say enough good things about Tony and Expert Photo. He came recommended by a friend in the video/photo business and photographed my wedding.Tony arrived promptly and even shot a couple pics of us setting up the venue. Throughout the whole event he was kind, easy going, funny, and obviously enjoys his work. Very thorough, I have wonderful pictures of the venue, my bridal party getting ready, and was extremely sensitive to my requests, even including all the ideas I had sent him from pintrest! During the ceremony he didn't miss a single shot, and everything came out just beautiful! I have a large immediate family and my husband has a large extended family, but Tony was very helpful in dealing with the large groups.He provides every photo, not just the best of the bunch, giving me the leisure of selecting my favorites. “I have 10 of these enclosures that I bought new and one that I bought used. (If you're selling a red granite one, let me know j/k).I'm very happy with the overall look of the cages, the turnaround time, and the materials used. However, most of my snakes are terrestrial and they are pretty laid back. Those that keep arboreal snakes may not find the options suitable if they are looking for height >24" and I have heard some people complain about being tagged by a snake that was hiding in the lip above the door (this can be fixed by filling it in with foam).That said, these cages have met all my needs for may snakes and even non-reptile people can't help but comment on how nice the enclosures look.“

“I find it frustrating that when you order it says it will take 3 days to begin processing and it still hasn't been completed. In addition I have a hard time seeing the tip option for every purchase. I thought I was buying an item not a service. I tipped at the initial session for the photographer but why is there a tip option when making a purchase. It makes me feel like if I don't tip I won't have my photographs processed in a timely manner. The only reason I am giving two stars is because the photographer was so amazing, but as a whole the business model is lack luster. I would like to update my review. After emailing within a half an hour I received my digital photos. I am very impressed with how quickly my complaint was handled. Thank you Mike for reaching out but your staff handled the situation!“
