“Elsinore Smiles will have you smiling inside and out. The staff here is SO friendly and personable. I came in for a dental emergency as a new patient while experiencing pain. I was so nervous and let Brandon know - he assured me everything would be ok and discreetly made sure the team was aware. Everyone acted in concert to assure I felt comfortable and taken care of. Jay helped walk me through payment options and was so accommodating to my needs and questions. Dr Safa was very kind, thorough and informative - she checked in on me and talked me through each step to calm my nerves. The staff here genuinely want to help. “Dr Scola is a most outstanding provider. I was a very challenging case that required, for all intents & purposes, rebuilding my whole mouth. She was as effective as a cosmetic dentist, took as much time as she needed to get each & every tooth done correctly & comfortably so I could chew again after a significant oral surgery and 5 months of no ability to eat solid foods. Goal accomplished! and with a smile, always. She's a perfectionist in her work & a pleasure to be in her presence. “Prior to becoming a loyal customer here at Bear Creek Dental I was in Orange County and had the same female dentist for 30 years! I was recommended by a mutual friend to Dr. Do, as I had explained that I was anxious about finding someone that was nurturing, but at the same time strong. This is a perfect description of Dr. Do! She is compassionate about her patients and at the same time an excellent dentist! Highly recommended and I don't know if anyone could rate Dr Do lower than five stars it's not possible. In addition, I have the funnest and best hygienist in the valley, Cailyn! You are not supposed to have a big smiling face before entering a dentist office and that's exactly what happens to me every single time it never fails. “During the summer, I had planned a vacation. But, the day before my plane flight, I got a severe toothache. My dentist was on vacation. So I found Canyon Lake Dental and asked if they took emergencies. They did. I went in immediately, and these ladies were very efficient. They not only extracted my tooth, but injected my own blood into the cavity where the tooth was, and within two days upon my arrival in Cleveland, Ohio, it was healing faster than I thought. I want to thank them for their compassion and ability to help myself and my wife have a pleasant visit in Ohio.
