I needed my car towed so I went through my insurance companies road side assistance and they hooked me up with a tow company who gave me an estimated 90min pickup time. And for the next 6 1/2 hrs I kept getting the "we'll be there in 40 minutes". Then they cancelled on me. Thankfully Joe from Accident Towing was the next tow company that took my claim. He told me a time that he would be there and then showed up 15 minutes early. There were no excuses about how busy they were, there was no constantly pushing back the time. He gave me a time and stuck to his word. I really appreciate that.
