Horrible business owner i am a new home owner and was looking for information about oak trees because the realter told me to confirm what permits I need. This business owner was rude, greedy and completely unprofessional. They wanted to nickle and dime every answer and pushy to pay them to check the land without being able to answer anything I asked. In the end this business owner hung up on me!? They didn't want to help was willing to throw away business, I wouldnt be surprised if this company goes bankrupt. Roy Boak Tree Service is fantastic! The gentlemen how answered 5he phone was very kind, I was able to get an estimate for my giant pine tree, which I accepted and the crew did a fantastic job! They are also very friendly. Highly recommended!!
