    Wish my complaint was different than what others have experienced. All I can say is please consider other healthcare options. This company has tried to tech the medical experience to the patient and does not correct their mistakes in a timely manner. My health checkup was billed incorrectly and it's taken weeks to get them on the phone and respond to my messages. I will not go back and would rather pay an insane ER bill than deal with their operations team again. If I was elderly I would be concerned they are taking advantage of people by billing insurance incorrectly. Should be investigated for fraud.

    I am on Medicare. I decided to go to the Optum Valencia. I was told they couldn't take me and to go to Canyon . The leadership and managers are rude they do not care about you. I saw a manager laughing and messing around while I was complaining to her. I believe I spoke to a Margaretth. There was another staff member Betsy who told me if I didn't like the office to find somewhere else to go. Horrible experience. I would not recommend this office to anyone. The manager here is also getting sued by an old employee.

    My primary physician for the past 12 years recently teamed up with Optum and with that, the level of service, support and patient experience went from a 10 to a zero. I can never reach anyone on the phone; actually driving to the Optum facility to make my last doctor's appointment. They never seem to have my insurance information on file; I've provided it 6 times over the past 2 years and threaten me with collections for a $25 bill I've already paid.
