I've been coming to Canyon Eye Center for over 15 years. I moved out of state a year and a half ago, and I'm back again just to have my annual eye appointment and get some new glasses. The staff is incredible. Roy goes out of his way every time to repair or fix your glasses. Obviously I could get glasses anywhere but the people and the products make it worth coming back year after year-even from out of state!

I would like to share that the most important part when you order your prescription glasses ...1 st Dr. She is great doctor ! Teresa was doing the best customer care but NOW in 2022 You have to be sure Eduard will assist you with your optcions and everything you need because he is professional and very honest ? ! He resolved my case and complaint in 48 hrs! Another new lady was very rude and sent the wrong prescription and told me WHATEVER

Excellent service. Super knowledgeable. Caring. Would recommend to anyone. Was here out of town from Virginia and had a potential retinal detachment on a Saturday with a cross country flight next day. Called several places and no one would handle our emergency except them. They fit us in & did a full exam Saturday morning within 30 minutes of our call. They verified it was not a retinal detachment. Dr Latto was excellent! Explained everything very clearly. Put our mind at ease so we could fly home next day.
