I came across West Hills Fitness through a friend, which led to signing up for 35 sessions with the goal in mind to shed some COVID pounds and get back on track. I seldom write reviews, but this incredible local gem offers tailored workouts and deserves a shout-out. The facility is clean and convenient from my home. Johanna is attentive and keeps me engaged and motivated to be better at every session. I have enjoyed working with her in my fitness journey. Thank you, Johanna!

Reasonably priced and great one on one attention. I also loved the privacy. My trainer Johana was amazing and I highly recommend her services. My workout was tailored to my mobility and needs. I dreaded going to the gym but Johana made my workout sessions fun!
