Sooooooo I called Rick he owner the day afer I had my gate serviced. I was very disappointed that he didn' take my call and never called me back. I took time out from a busy day to call him to let him know his company had serviced my gate for 24 years and I usually worked with Dave. Dave is retiring and they sent Brett instead. I was skeptical when Brett called to arrange the service appointment. I was calling Rick to praise his company and let him personally know what a delite it was to have Brett service my gate. He is smart, knowledgeable, very personable and one of the nicest guys I have ever met. He has patience and gave me two options to repair my gate in order... read full review

Rick's Gatework recently replaced our sliding gate motor, Allomatic SL 150DC. They were able to install the motor within a few days of the approval. Ramon who was the installer was fast, super knowledgeable and did a great job. His helper Jose also did a great job. We did have some things that had to be tweaked since the gate goes slightly uphill and with no delay, David at Rick's Gatework sent out their techs to take care of the adjustments. They did an excellent job, super responsive and professional. I feel super comfortable since they have been in business for so long and have so many people working for them, they will always be there when we need them.... read full review
