I had Bob T. as my technician and he was great! Knowledgeable, quick with a resolution for my problem, he was kind and had a great sense of humor (which I appreciate, because issues with something not working properly can be very stressful sometimes) and he gave me tips for how to prevent the issue from happening again. I really appreciated his time, energy and capabilities to get the job done right and fast. My AC is working amazing now!

Bob and his assistant had a very tough job since I live on the top floor of a 4 story condo. The heat pump is on the roof and the air handler is in my unit. With the HOA requirement of having to haul all of the hardware from the back of the building, they trudged back and forth all day and into the evening, but they were very meticulous and thorough. They exceeded my expectations and I will recommend them to our HOA and my neighbors. Great job!
