“Very professional. He asked for pictures of what I suspected to be termite droppings before even scheduling an appointment. Once he saw that the droppings were termites, he scheduled an appointment within 2 days. Kevin arrived exactly on time. Although he identified the immediate problem quickly, he took time to do a thorough inspection of the house and gave me options. He also pointed out other issues I should be aware of that was unrelated to termites including a possible roof leak and broken sprinkler head. I appreciated that there was no hard sell on the tenting although I totally understand that would be the best solution as explained by him. We went with a localized treatment that he was able complete on the visit. Everything is more expensive than I want, but I thought the price was fair and very reasonable considering the A+++ service.“

“I've had rats for the past 2 years. I first used a Pest company that temporarily got rid of the rats but since they didn't find the entry point, I continued to have rats. I was determined to get rid of my problem so I hired a company focused only on rats. Still continued to have rats. Worse, they dropped poison in my crawlspace so now I had a dead rat smelling up my whole downstairs area. My plumber suggested I call Vince. I was very skeptical since I'd already tried 2 "experts" but was desperate so gave Vince a call. He was the only one to find the root of my problem. It took him half an hour to figure it out. The reason? He was the only one to put in the full effort to look at my ENTIRE crawlspace even though it gets pretty small in some areas. “I hate a severe ant problem for years. It was driving me crazy. I finally decided on a service as nothing I did would get rid of them. I called Robert, and took out the service for every two months. The first time he came, I had a lot of ants. After he sprayed.............gone! There was no ants between that service and 2 months later, but I have kept it up anyway. I have not had one ant since I hired him. Robert is very friendly, pleasant, reliable, efficient and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend him for any of your pest problems.“

“Discovering I had rats invading my attic and inside the home was my worst nightmare. Between hearing scratching and movement in the ceiling and walls, discovering droppings in various areas and even having a rat in my bedroom that thankfully my dog noticed by smell, I honestly was having problems sleeping at night. The rats can squeeze thru the smallest crevices and you don't even know it til you see droppings and damage. I called Titan because they had good reviews and my experience with them from beginning to end was top notch customer service AND they got rid of the rats. First they sent out Ray to do the inspection. He found all the possible ways the rats were getting into the house from underground to roof. Then Miguel came and sealed up all the areas and set traps. And then for the next three weeks, a tech came to the house once a week to check the traps and remove any dead rodents. Everyone I dealt with from the people who answered the phone to the techs were all very professional and courteous and easy to deal with. Ray was very kind and helpful and Miguel was just the sweetest and most conscientious hard worker and really took his time and care sealing up all the areas and making me feel that my home was safe again. Also, all the communication from phone to text to emails was very thorough. They completely documented each individual space that needed to be sealed and emailed individual photos of every area. The peace of mind I have after Titan fixed and sealed all entry points is really priceless. It's rare to find a company these days that is so professional and does an above average job. I definitely recommend Titan.“
