I have worked with Mediterranean for the last two years and they always provide great service, flexible scheduling and communication and very courteous service man. Cory Anderson, their serviceman came today. He was very professional and helpful and performed maintenance, checked my filters and changed them. He was also super nice and knowledgeable and checked that my units were working properly and answered my questions about my nest thermostat with the heatwave coming to us. We needed pricy repair on our 21-year-old AC. I had done some research on heat pumps and was interested in converting to that for HVAC, but I wanted more information before commiting. We also had some interest in rooftop solar, but had decided against previous proposals. Mike at Mediterranean was able to give me the info I wanted on heat pumps, and also explained how the two systems could work together to benefit us.
