Never showed up with the "part" needed to finish the dishwasher door job. In the meantime because we used him before, we paid him $193.00. Trust? His phone has been disconnected as well. And of course forget text.

Greg came out promptly to check out my stove burner which isn't working. Charged me $225 for the visit plus 30-40 mins of initial diagnosis. Said he would need to come out with special tools and then order parts...3 weeks later, no one is responding to my calls or emails. They seem to be running a scam. I wish I looked them up on google instead of just relying on Thermador's referral. I did call Thermador and reported that this business is shady and should NOT be referred. Call a different company if you need your Thermador serviced.

After almost 2 weeks of waiting and hand washing our dishes, and trying to get this guy to respond we finally called in another repair company. Should have called Sears Home Appliance from the start as the experience was night and day. They came when they said they would (Greg gave an 8 hour window) and diagnosed and fixed... read full review
