After a four-year break from Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) and now being in my 50s, I was a bit skeptical about returning to training. However, my experience at GTA has been amazing. From the moment I walked in, Professor Rob made me feel incredibly welcome. The staff here is top-notch, with Coach Kris and Coach Bruv standing out. A few months after I joined, my wife decided to enroll. GTA is inclusive and positive, making it a great place for beginners and seasoned practitioners alike. If you're looking for a great place to train BJj Muy Thai or MMA, look no further.
