After dragging my PC to Bestbuy and two other local computer service stores, Edwin was the only one to pin point my central processor unit's issue and saved me about $200 over others. Edwin was very helpful. I asked him to check out my computer as something wasn't right. He did an inspection and gave me his assessment of the problem and what it would take to fix it. He was friendly, responded quickly to my plea for help, and very knowledgeable. He did what he said, and my computer has been working well since he fixed it! After my pc broke down, I was desperately calling around to see who can help me, and a friend of mine suggested EMHlogixI called them and Edwin helped me,m. let me tell you that I do not know much about computers but Edwin is so patient, over the phone he gave me peace of mind and told me that he is gonna be able to fix my computer and save my data.He delivered ever promise he made in the timeframe we agreed on.
