Joe, the owner, is a hard working, honest, very pleasant and knowledgeable person. He takes care of business and is happy to do the job right! We had a pest problem (mice) and I freaked out because they got into my bathroom! Joe came over right away, closed up any holes under my sink, set traps in the attic and under the house, scoped out the entire house to find them...mission accomplished! They are gone and I hope they never return. He was great on following up and now I have him come once/month. 100% recommend.
