Bought my granddaughter some diamond earrings bought my self some diamond hoop earrings and the brothers were very nice very reasonable and very professional absolutely loved my time with them.

Pricing at the Ice Brothers is definitely more competitive compared to other known Jewelers with similar celebrity clients. However, communication and service is poor. I initially placed an order for two chains which I was told will be manufactured within a few days. After placing a deposit and waiting a few days, I was constantly told by Mario that he have not spoken to the manufacturer. After nearly two weeks of playing phone tag as Mario was very unresponsive to my inquiry's, I was referred to his business partner Peter who told me the chains have been back ordered and won't be available soon. Went in not looking for anything specific or anything at all but saw this bracelet and fell completely head over heels and had to buy it! I have small wrist so this definitely tickled my fancy lol. They have a wide selection and custom jewelry so I will definitely be back in the future. On the other hand walking in the store was clean, good vibes, and the guys were very polite. Thank you for my great experience!
