Babash did an incredible job with my area rugs. I had a big move and tight timing to get my rugs cleaned but they worked with my schedule and my rugs came back like new! Ali was wonderful explaining and coordinating everything, and the guys that came to collect and return the carpets were wonderful and treated everything with care as they deftly moved furniture to access the carpets. One of my larger rugs had older moth damage and was quite matted by time, so, as much as I loved it, I wasn't sure whether to even try and have it cleaned. Such an easy, transparent, seamless process. I’m a rug hoarder who reaallllyy loves finding secondhand deals but am also a germaphobe so finding a fantastic rug cleaner was a must. I briefly toyed with the idea of my pressure washer in the backyard but was concerned about drying out the rug properly. I went for the mid-level clean on an Anthropologie wool rug - we are planning on using it for a wall hanging otherwise I would have done the top tier cleaning which includes some sort of protectant step as well. I am so glad I found Babash Rug Services. I worked with Ali, who was kind, honest, and incredibly helpful in explaining how each service is unique and helping me pick the best one based on my needs. The rug came back looking so much better, and my house no longer has weird lingering smells from who knows what was in it before.
