    Simply put, AMAZING massage. Very thoughtful and will work on problem areas or be gentle in sore areas. Comfortable and soothing atmosphere. Super clean, never a concern about the environment. Repeat customer, won't go anywhere else.

    Tracy does amazing job at making fell comfortable and relaxed at each session. Tracy really listened to what my concerns and needs were and then used her knowledge to explain how she would proceed and given all the information. Very professional manner and very effective! She's amazing. I highly recommended her! Thank you Tracy!

As a Certified Massage Therapist since 2001, I help people live healthier lives through skilled bodywork. I use a structural approach to find patterns of muscle tension or imbalance within your body. Then I incorporate various techniques I have learned in over 2000 hours of massage education to coax your body tissue into relaxation. There are no contracts; you simply pay for each visit or may purchase a discounted series package. New clients receive $10 off at their first visit. I am available by appointment on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
