The most difficult company I have worked with in many years. We were sold an amazing package, only to be bait switched the entire process of dealing with this company. We were told they had an amazing photographer for us and then received a photographer that was very hard to work with. He refused to make changes/corrections and would tell us oh that package is no longer available even though that’s what we had paid for. We then were told we had to pay more money in order to get our videos/photos that we paid more than 10x what our other photographers charged us. We reached out to our customer service rep on with no response back. Very disappointing experience.

Friendly staff. I had problems with the pictures they picked and called them several times to get help and fix the problem, but no one responded or tried to correct the problem. A few of the pictures were not even related to my listing. My client was furious when she saw the virtual tour. Unfortunately, I had no control over fixing it.
