Shadowfax did a beautiful job on our roof. They put on a high quality roof at a reasonable price. They were also flexible and worked well with our contractor who needed to complete other work during the same time frame. Shadowfax was a joy to work with and we are very pleased with the results.

Noticed a weird wet spot on one of the curtains in the master bedroom after the recent rain. Looked like there might be some water trails on the ceiling as well. We bought the house recently and don't know the age or make up of the roof. Ben came out same day to inspect the issue. Very knowledgeable about roofs, roof care and maintenance. After checking the inside where we noticed the wet spot, he got up on the roof to take a closer look. Unfortunately (fortunately?), the roof appeared to be in good shape. While he was up there, he also cleaned off a few errant palm fronds, caulked a few nails, and took measurements for an estimate to install gutter screens too.... read full review

Great service and integrity. We purchased an entirely new EPDM roof about 9 years ago from Shadowfax Roofing. The roof came with a 10 year warranty on workmanship and lifetime on materials. About 5 years in I noticed something that needed repair, they came over and fixed it quickly without question. Just recently, a little over 9 years in, I noticed some dry rot around our chimney (notoriously difficult spots for leaking) and called them up. Ben came out (highly recommend Ben), spent 30 minutes inspecting the damage. concluded it was within the warranty. Five days later there were 3 guys repairing our roof. Awesome service!
