I've been regularly attending pole classes at Sedusa for a year and a half now. The studio space, class offerings, and instructors just keep getting better! No matter your experience level or dance style, there's something at Sedusa for you. I have recently decided to level up and start taking more L2 classes, so today I took a L2 Stiletto Flow class with Miquela. Miquela is great at making sure we are fully warmed up before class - she's also a yoga instructor so she knows really unique and effective stretches. I've been taking classes here for close to 2 years now and I've loved every second of it! The studio is so warm and inviting, the instructors are patient and incredibly knowledgeable, and all of the students I've met there have been so encouraging and supportive. I've mainly taken classes with Miquela and she is AMAZING!! I came in as an absolute beginner and I've made so much progress with her as my instructor these past 2 years. I've always had a great experience at Sedusa! The instructors are super professional while keeping things lighthearted and welcoming. My first few classes were with Mz K, I had some with Mayari, and I took numerous series workshops with Miquela. They are all awesome, passionate, super helpful, and foster a safe environment! Miquela especially is amazing! I enjoy taking series classes with her as she breaks down the movements in simple steps. And I appreciate that she goes over what not to do to avoid any potential injuries. She even explains the progression and purpose of the warm ups so that we best prepare for the progression of the moves throughout her classes.... read full review
