The Rise Group recently finished building a detached outdoor pergola for us with a full shingle California peak roof, pine tongue and groove ceiling, and redwood posts, privacy fence, and outdoor staircase. We are very pleased with the finished project.The construction took roughly four months, and prior to breaking ground Ryan and his engineering team were very helpful drafting and submitting the project's engineering plans for the required town and county approvals. We worked with Ryan and his team on a home addition and remodel project. We used RISE to do architectural and structural designs along with full construction. They also helped us get the necessary permits from the city. Ryan was very easy to work with. There were multiple problems and supply chain delays during the project. Ryan went above and beyond to work around these issues and completed the project on schedule. We worked with Ryan and his team on a whole house remodel and strongly recommend Ryan. The entire project was more complex than we had anticipated and at several points we needed to manage expectations with the city. Ryan voluntarily stepped in and helped navigate all discussions with the city and was instrumental in getting the project going. He is also very communicative, dependable and accountable. He and his team were reasonably well organized, receptive to feedback for any changes necessary. The entire project took nearly 1.5 years due to several factors and we have always felt that having Ryan onboard was what kept the project together at several points.
