Called One step management and representative that answered was very rude, her name was Autumn. I called to ask about pool being closed. She could not give me an estimate as to when it will reopen. I questioned that and she got upset, she would talk over me and then she hung up on me. Didn’t give me the opportunity to ask any more questions. Very unprofessional and rude. First time i ever call my HOA. It’s unfortunate that my first contact was very unpleasant.

We've tried several times to get information from the management on the status of a bid for foundation work. This management group is not responsive and when they do respond after much delay and followup on our part, the info that was asked for was not provided.

Worst customer service ever!!!! been with them for a month and a 1/2 and I've already seen the lack of communication the lack of skills, customer service to be Specific. Whoever is running the Ontario office I ask myself "how are you still in business". No one can ever answer the phone and when they do they are rude, acting like I'm taking up their time when all I need to do is pay my bill. Obviously you guys are not in need of it! I hope that my review gets a bit of attention, and you guys work on the lack of service you offer.
